Second Annual Queer Prom Denver

We exist to provide 2SLGBTQ+ adults the opportunity to recreate the prom night of their dreams-- while creating a transformational impact for organizations serving at-risk trans youth through the proceeds of your ticket purchase.

• Parking available on-site for $5. Please let the parking attendant know you're with our event to access this price.
• Rideshare encouraged-- please do not drink and drive.
• Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available for purchase.
• Vegan and gluten-free options. Food will be available to order at the bar all night.
• Over 4,900 sqft with outdoor patio access.

• This year we are striving to provide a COVID- conscious event in order to practice our commitment to radical inclusivity and efforts central to the resistance of colonial violence.
• High-quality masks will be available at check-in.
• We ask that all guests and volunteers who are physically able wear a mask while indoors. High-quality masks will be available at check-in for anyone who wishes to use one.
• Approx. 40% of the venue is outdoors. Interior spaces are well-ventilated with high ceilings and a large garage door adjacent to the main area, which will remain open barring unforeseen extreme weather, but is not available as an entry or exit due to limitations of the venue.
• Single-level, ADA compliant venue with no stairs.
• Sensory decompression table in the market area providing resources and a space with no music playing over the speakers. No music will be played over speakers on the patio.
• Loud music in main area.
• Flashing lights may be present in main area.
• Two multi-stall gendered bathrooms and one single stall all genders bathroom available.
• ADA-compliant push-button door accessed through building's main lobby. Double doors for direct venue access with no center bar to remain open.

By purchasing a ticket to Queer Prom Denver at Left Hand Rino, you, the ticket holder, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that participation in the Queer Prom Denver event involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, the potential for illness, injury, property damage, or loss. You voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, associated with your attendance and participation in the event.
2. Release of Liability: You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Queer Prom Denver, Left Hand Rino, Olivia Czarnecki, hired security, their affiliates, representatives, sponsors, and all of their respective volunteers, officers, agents, and employees (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, losses, or damages on your account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations. You further agree that if, despite this release, you or anyone on your behalf makes a claim against any of the Released Parties, you will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost which may incur as a result of such claim.
3. Agreement to Rules and Conduct: By participating, you agree to adhere to all event rules and policies, which cover behavior and conduct. Queer Prom Denver and Left Hand Rino reserve the right, at their discretion, to deny entry or expel any attendee who breaches these rules, with no refund provided.
4. Photography/Video Release: You understand that photographs and/or video may be taken during the event. You agree to allow your photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
5. Live-Streaming Prohibition: Per venue rules, streaming of any type including live-streaming is not permitted.
6. For the safety of our volunteers and guests, we reserve the right to deny entry to anyone. This decision, made at our discretion, is final and without refund.

By purchasing this ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the above terms and conditions and agree to them voluntarily. This hold harmless statement is binding upon you, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
