Join us for an evening of soulful connection, embodied freedom, and heart-centered expression.
Through the sacred medicine of cacao, enlivening movement, sound healing, and deep restorative practices, we will open pathways within ourselves — and between one another — to bloom into our fullest, truest voices.

We’ll begin by gathering in ceremony with cacao, connecting to the heart’s wisdom and setting intentions for freedom and self-expression. Through somatic movement, we’ll gently awaken the body, exploring psoas release and throat opening to create space for our authentic voice to rise.

Maria will infuse the space with the healing vibrations of singing bowls, drum rhythms, and other sacred sounds, supporting our journey into deeper connection, resonance, and release. We'll complete the experience with grounding, restorative postures, anchoring the freedom we cultivate into our bodies and spirits.
