First 15: August 6, 13, 20, 27, & September 3
Meets 5 – 8 p.m.

Meets 11:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
September 20
Meets 12:15 – 8:15 p.m.

This 30-hour course includes a weekly portion, that can be attended alone for 15-hours credit, and 15-hours more for deeper skills. During the weekly sessions, the marma points of different areas of the body will be reviewed and the rest is focused on the application. Learn more about this practice that you can take anywhere and easily incorporate into your classes for students in this course. Taught by Hansa.

Deepen your knowledge and expand your skills in our advanced classes. Make sure to have an RYT 200 equivalent certification before you register if you want advanced credit or consider checking out our basic training if you want to teach. Yoga is a lifelong study, stay the course!
