About the Facilitator
Carolyn Kubena is a Nervous System Specialist with advanced training in somatic (body-based) psychotherapy. With over 15 years of experience, she helps high-achieving clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected come back to themselves and fall in love with life again.
As a longtime Kalo member, she deeply honors this community of strong, driven women. This workshop is her way of giving back—with tools to help powerful women lead more fully: in their work, their motherhood, and their relationship with themselves.
