FS8 Presents: Movement with Meaning

Each month, FS8 partners with a different nonprofit to support meaningful causes through movement. Join us for donation-based classes where 100% of proceeds go directly to that month’s featured organization.

About I Support the Girls (ISTG)I Support the Girls provides bras, underwear, and menstrual hygiene products to people experiencing homelessness, poverty, or distress. Their mission is to restore dignity and support for those in need.

🧺 We’re collecting donations in-studio through mid-August!Drop off new or gently used bras, sealed packages of pads or tampons, and unused underwear in the bin at the front of the studio.
