Join us for a special hour-and-a-half yoga and self-discovery experience designed to help you reconnect with what matters most.
We’ll begin with a grounding, all-levels yoga practice themed around living in alignment—moving mindfully through shapes that invite balance, openness, and strength. As we move, we’ll reflect on what it feels like to lead with intention both on and off the mat.
After class, we’ll shift into a values-based discussion in a supportive, judgment-free space. Through guided prompts and meaningful conversation, we’ll explore the core values that shape our choices, relationships, and sense of purpose.
Whether you're new to yoga or personal reflection, this workshop is a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect—with yourself and with others.
