Free Intro Class

The Rumble Boxing INTRO class is perfect for first timers to experience the Rumble workout in a small group setting. You’ll start with a studio tour to meet our trainers, staff and state-of-the-art custom equipment. Your trainer will guide you through a pre-class to teach you everything you need to know & the fundamental 6 punches before you glove up for a 5-round boxing & strength workout.

During pre-class, we break down each of the 6 punches and the class format, so you know exactly what to do and when to do it.

Get ready cause it's about to go down.
Before we get to work on the bags, we’ll run through a cardio-fueled warm up.

Glove up — it's go time.
Two rounds of boxing on the bags:
You'll put the 6 punches to work, and throw combos that are simple to follow (but still make you feel like Rocky).
Between each boxing round, you'll catch your breath with an active recovery.

Switch sides — you'll hit the floor for strength and conditioning using dumbbells and your bodyweight
(all while keeping that heart rate 🔝).
Between each floor round, you’ll sneak in a quick active recovery.

Back to the bags for one more 🔥 rounds of cardio — including the notorious 💥 RUMBLE ROUND 💥.
