Best known for and beloved by Denverites as the house band leader at El Chapultepec, Freddy Sr. was the first musician ever to play jazz there and the last before it shut down in 2020. Celebrate this legendary jazz alto & tenor saxophonist and composer with his son, Freddy Rodriguez Junior, and the Jazz Connection.

Freddy Jr. carries on the great music from Denver’s legendary jazz club, El Chapultepec, with Jazz standards, pop, to Latin classics. Freddy also sings and plays songs from his legendary father’s songbook. The show will get you up dancing and singing along!!
