Owning a home is exciting—but also a little overwhelming when you realize you have no idea what anything in the house does. What’s that box in the basement? Why is there a tube sticking out of the wall? And what on earth is a radon mitigation system?

Join us for a fun, women-only evening designed to help you actually understand the home you're buying (or just bought). We’ll walk through a real house (shoutout to our contractor for opening up her home!) and break down the basics in a way that makes sense—even if you've never laid eyes on a water heater before.

We’ll walk through a real home and cover:

• What shows up on a home inspection report and what it means

• Ballpark costs for fixing common issues

• Understanding electrical panels, water heaters, furnaces, structural issues, radon systems, plumbing systems, window issues, and more
