Fem Yoga

If you are a self-identified female, this yoga class is for you!

We will focus on unlocking your inner goddess through a gentle, contemplative yoga practice.  This class is clothing optional.  You are welcome to wear as much or as little clothing as you like.  All levels of experience are welcome.  You are invited to meet yourself on your mat just as you are today.  We will modify the poses to fit you! 

Bring your open mind and your desire to find a deeper connection to your female energy.

Please bring your own yoga mat, although if you don't have one, we do have some to borrow.

About your instructor: mtn grrl has been teaching yoga since 1997 and began offering clothing optional yoga classes in 2009.  She believes that a regular yoga practice has benefits for your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.  When she is not teaching yoga, she can be found promoting and hosting sex-positive events, camping, taking walks with her dog, and enjoying life in Denver.

All classes at the Sexploratorium are intended for those 18 and older.
