Deeper Breathwork

We embark on a journey to harness the power of simple, active breathwork and deep energy clearing movements from the Sampo system. These practices will gently release stress, worries, and fears that drain our vitality, allowing us to tap into a refreshed state of positive energy and to go deeper into our breathing. Resetting our nervous system
and self confidence.

We can direct this renewed energy towards the nurturing and meaningful connections with loved ones, colleagues, and like-minded individuals that we seek. We'll become more aware of our thoughts, and be able to recognize patterns that no longer serve us, embracing the good in ourselves and those around us. Donation based attendance 👍
