Dealing with Sexual Anxiety: For Those on the Spectrum is a gentle and affirming class designed to help neurodivergent individuals explore the complex emotions that often surround intimacy and sex. Whether your anxiety stems from sensory sensitivities, past experiences, a fear of the unknown, or social communication challenges, this class creates a low-pressure space where you’re not expected to perform, disclose, or conform. We'll talk through common triggers and blocks, and work together to identify tools and strategies for navigating sexual situations with more clarity and self-compassion.

This class focuses on education, empowerment, and practical guidance. Through discussion, exercises, and optional self-reflection prompts, we’ll explore topics like consent and pacing, understanding your arousal and nervous system, and how to communicate your needs. We’ll also touch on how masking and autistic burnout can impact your relationship with sexuality, and ways to approach sex that feel aligned with who you are—not who the world expects you to be.

There is no nudity, sexual touch, or roleplay in this class. All participation is optional, and you're welcome to just listen. Whether you're partnered or solo, curious or cautious, this class aims to help you find more peace and possibility in your sexual life—on your own terms.

About the Instructor:  Fawn O’Breitzman has been a college professor for over 20 years. She specializes in issues of Sex and Gender and presents at conferences all around the country. She does inclusion training for businesses and has worked with everyone from hospitals to construction yards to help companies make sure they are providing the best and most respectful care to their clients. She has been a social worker, therapist, and a professor. She has been married to a neurodivergent gender queer person for 24 years and understands the need to be concrete and straight-forward when discussing topics of human behavior!

This class is appropriate for adults and teens.
