Beyond the Basics: Construction Estimating Details

This workshop will get into the details of what you need to know to create accurate and responsive bids.

Suggested Audience:

Construction subcontractors, DBE certified firms, contractors interested in working on Colorado Department of Transportation and other government construction projects, and any staff responsible for estimating construction jobs.

Instructor:

Bob Smith has more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry and has assisted hundreds of small businesses with developing estimating processes and submitting accurate bids for construction projects. Bob is a consultant for the CDOT Connect2DOT Program and Managing Partner of Eaton Cole Construction Services which specializes in construction management, preconstruction services, and developer assistance for all facets of the project delivery process.
