Becoming Breath + Sound Journey

Join Maria with Rosebud Healing for a Becoming Breath + Sound Journey! This is an intimate community gathering for those who are looking to connect with true nature. Everyone is welcome.

This event is for you if you:

• Want to connect your body + mind + spirit
• Notice blocks in your growth
• Feel cloudy / stuck
• Notice resistance around your desires
• Want to align your energy with the changing seasons
• Want to plant new seeds of intention
• Enjoy healing in community

We will come together and begin with a cacao medicine ceremony to help you quiet your mind and tune into the frequency of your heart. You will then be guided to activate your body's natural healing process through somatic breathwork, a series of guided breath patterns to help repair and regulate your nervous system through conscious neuromodulation.

After breathwork, Maria will guide you through a restorative yoga nidra meditation with a healing sound landscape of crystal singing bowls, humming, and mantra chanting to move into a deep state of rest and relaxation. You will be invited to slowly awaken, seal your intentions, and close your journey through a collaborative art expression.

Join us for this grounding practice and brave community space, and be supported by therapist, healing artist, and death doula, Maria Borghoff. This event will be held in the beautiful and magical space of Harmonist Sanctuary in Denver.

• Anything to help you get cozy (blanket, eye mask, essential oil)
• Journal / pen

The Harmonist Sanctuary has yoga mats, blocks, bolsters, and blankets available.
