Baby Goat Yoga

Join us for a one-of-a-kind yoga experience featuring seven playful baby goats! This gentle, one-hour yoga session is designed to help you unwind, stretch, and smile as curious little goats roam, snuggle, and climb around your mat. Whether you’re holding a pose or giggling through goat nuzzles, this class is all about joy, movement, and pure, heartwarming fun.

No yoga experience is necessary—just bring your sense of humor and love for animals. After class, stick around for an adorable photo op with one of our baby goats to capture the magic. Come for the yoga, stay for the bleats, and leave feeling grounded, giggly, and maybe a little goat-kissed.

We’ll be at Denver Loves Goats’ cozy backyard sanctuary! You can find street parking on Magnolia Street—enter through the backyard gate off Magnolia to join the fun.
