Relaxing with Sound

You are warmly welcomed to enjoy some protected time for your relaxation...

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat or something comfortable to lie/sit on, cosy layers, a cushion and blanket. Some people also benefit from a cushion for underneath the knees to release the lower back.
