Yin Yoga & Sound bath

A restful evening of slowing down and going inwards.
Beginning the session at 5.30 pm with the gentle opening of the body through breath and stretches. In Yin Yoga we are encouraged to ease into a pose gently and then hold that pose for several minutes, allowing the deepening of the stretch to happen naturally. Staying fully present, just being were we are, observing whatever arises, physical, emotional, mental.
After the yin part we will sink even deeper into ourselves with the healing vibrations of the sound bath. Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and gongs create a variety of frequencies to take each one of us onto a personal journey. Just lie down comfortably and allow the waves wash through you...
This evening is also suitable for beginners or newbies of yoga. All props are provided, but feel free to bring an eye pillow for the sound bath. If you have any questions, please reach out.
