We will uncover how and why meditation works as well as its effects and benefits. And importantly, how to do it correctly.
The legacy of the many contemplative traditions as well as the merging field of cognitive neuroscience will form the basis of the information presented.
The teacher Graeme Hodges has been a devoted student of meditation in a wide variety of traditions like Raja Yoga, Zen Buddhist, Goenka Vipassana and Tibetan Buddhist.
If you have been feeling a call to start a meditation practice or if you are already a practitioner, please join us in a cozy, peaceful setting in the karri forest. You don't need to bring anything, we ve got all props.
