• Begin with intention setting — a few quiet moments to connect inward and set what you wish to release or invite in.
• Move into a deep relaxation practice (yogic nidra-style) to prepare the body and mind for sound.
• Drift through an immersive gong sound journey, where resonant vibrations help clear tension and calm the nervous system.
• Gently reawaken through guided visualization, grounding you back into stillness and presence.
• Close with a comforting warm drink (Sabina’s own calming recipe) to nourish and seal the experience in community.

• All equipment is provided, including mats, blankets, and cushions — but feel free to bring your own if you prefer something familiar.
• Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
• There is plenty of free parking available on Red Hill Lane.
• Please arrive around 10 minutes early so we can settle in and begin together in a calm, relaxed space.
• (Optional) If your hearing is sensitive, you’re welcome to bring earplugs — the vibrations of the gong will still be felt through the body.
