Art for Wellness CIC invites you to a 3-part outdoor art workshop series blending nature, creativity, and mindfulness in a safe, inclusive space for all ages (8+).
Held in the beautiful Springvale Community Garden, each session offers a unique creative experience rooted in self-expression, nature connection, and community wellbeing.
Whether you're 8 or 80+, a complete beginner or seasoned artist, everyone is welcome.
🎨 What You’ll Do
Each workshop includes a mix of personal and collaborative activities:
🖌️ Create meaningful, take-home crafts – such as suncatchers, twig sculptures, garden art, and painted stones
📖 Build an art journal page to reflect your thoughts and feelings
🌼 Contribute to a magical community garden display
💬 Enjoy mindful moments and gentle connection with others

💚 Who Can Attend?
These sessions are open to:
Adults and older people
Children aged 8+ (must be accompanied by an adult)
Anyone experiencing isolation, stress, or looking for a creative outlet
🎨 No art experience is necessary – just bring your curiosity and kindness.
🛡️ Safeguarding & Accessibility
All facilitators are DBS-checked
Sessions are designed to be inclusive and welcoming
Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
