Although we will strive to accommodate wherever possible, specific dietary requests not submitted at the time of booking, may not be fulfilled.
• Due the nature of this event, where wine is allocated in advance according to each booking; refunds are not applicable.
If you are unable to attend your booking please contact us as we may be able to sell your ticket on.
If you are unable to attend your booking and sell your ticket on privately, please contact us to inform us of the new booking details.

FAQ’s
Is this a selling event?
Absolutely not. If you like any of the wines and want to purchase a bottle to take home, we have stock available. The evening is a social get together, which aims to give you a good range of wines to try in a relaxed atmosphere.
Do I need to be a wine expert?
No! We won’t bamboozle you with wine talk. Tracy introduces your wine, tells you where it’s from, the flavour notes and food suggestions. Then, you carry on socialising…
Should I eat before I come?
It’s up to you. There is plenty of food….but also plenty of wine. A light snack beforehand may be advantageous for some guests.
Can I choose my seats?
We allocate seats according to party size. If you are unable to sit on high chairs due to a medical condition, please do inform us at the time of booking, to ensure we are able to accommodate.
What time does it end?
The tasting generally ends at around 9.30pm, with the event closing at around 10pm.
