Our monthly Saturday workshops allow you to savour the joys of cooking and connection at a relaxed pace. You’ll work in small groups, guided by experienced chefs who share their culinary secrets, techniques, and the heart of West African culture.

• Welcome and introductions: 10 - 10.15 am

Meet your fellow participants and the workshop facilitators.

• Cultural overview: 10.15 - 10.30 am

Learn about the history and traditions of West African cuisine.

• Hands-on cooking: 10.30 - 12.00 pm

Work in groups to prepare a variety of dishes.

• Sharing and Eating: 12.00 pm - 1.00 pm

Enjoy the delicious food you've created together.

• Networking Session & Celebratory Dance: 1.00 - 1.30 pm
