Start your Sunday with a rejuvenating, Reiki-infused sound bath and meditation session designed to energize your body and mind. Join us on Sunday, May 25th, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Studio B Dance Academy, located at 261 Fort Smith Blvd, Deltona, Florida 32738.

What to Expect:

Reiki-Infused Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound bowls, infused with Reiki energy, to clear your mind, heal your body, and energize your spirit.

Guided Meditation: A meditation to ground your energy, promote mindfulness, and help you start your day with clarity, calmness, and balance.

What to Bring:

Please bring your own mat, cushion, blanket, or anything else you may need to be comfortable during the meditation. We recommend dressing in layers for comfort and warmth.

Water to stay hydrated throughout the session.
