Women's Self Defence Day Fundraiser!

We're excited to host a Women’s Self-Defence Day — a special fundraising event to help send 15 of our dedicated karate students (ages 8–18) to the Karate World Championships in Sweden this July! 🥋🌍

🗓 Sunday, June 8
🕘 Choose from 3 time slots:
• 9:30–11:30 AM
• 12:00–2:00 PM
• 2:30–4:30 PM

📍 Each session is limited to just 24 participants, so reserve your spot early!
💵 $50 per class — All proceeds go directly toward supporting our athletes’ journey to the World Championships.

Led by Sensei Laurian, an expert Krav Maga instructor with a focus on empowering women — especially seniors — this workshop promises to be empowering, practical, and fun. Bring a friend and learn valuable self-defense skills in a supportive environment!

Not only will you gain confidence and tools to protect yourself, but you’ll also be helping young athletes reach their dreams on the world stage. 💪✨

Suitable for women ages 16 and up, including teens, moms, grandmas, and seniors!

Whether you're looking to build confidence, learn practical skills, or just have fun with friends, this class is designed for all women.
