Step into a bold and transformative field of sound with Lesley, our certified sound practitioner. This is not a gentle introduction—it’s a deep vibrational immersion designed to stir, shift, and recalibrate.
Beginning with guided meditation, you’ll be anchored into stillness before being enveloped in layers of powerful resonance from sacred gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and precision-tuned therapeutic tuning forks. These frequencies move through the body like waves—breaking up energetic stagnation, awakening cellular memory, and calling the spirit into deeper alignment.
This experience is intentionally deep, powerful, and not recommended for first-time participants. If you are new to sound work, we invite you to join a gentler journey first.
