Lunar Magic: Flow, Sound & Ritual w/ Julia Cobban

Join me under the full moon for an immersive journey where movement becomes medicine and music opens portals of transformation.

We’ll flow through a mandala yoga sequence inspired by the energy of the moon, then settle into yin-inspired shapes, set to the backdrop of live sacred sounds and heart songs. From this place of embodied presence, we’ll crystallize intentions for the lunar cycle ahead, as you surrender into a deep, restorative sound journey.

Each moment is designed to attune you to your body’s innate wisdom, nourish your spirit, and awaken your intuition.

**If you’re someone who likes to jot down your insights in the moment, you’re welcome to bring a journal and pen (not a requirement).
