On Thursday July 10, join us for a special Full Moon Sound Journey Meditation designed to support release, energetic renewal, and deep inner alignment.
The full moon is a time when emotions rise to the surface and the energy of culmination is strong. It’s a sacred opportunity to let go of what no longer serves you and make space for clarity, intuition, and healing.
During this 60-minute session, you’ll be gently guided into stillness and supported by the soothing, multidimensional sounds of:
🔮 Crystal Singing Bowls – harmonizing your energy centers
🌀 Himalayan Singing Bowls – grounding and calming
🌬️ Gongs, Chimes & Rainsticks – releasing stagnant energy
🌊 Ocean Drum & Hand Drum – reconnecting you to natural rhythms
🎼 Tuning Forks – offering precise vibrational alignment
✨ The evening begins with a short intention-setting practice and guided body scan to anchor you into presence. From there, I’ll create a dynamic, meditative soundscape to support your journey inward.
✨ No experience is needed. Just come as you are. All mats, pillows, blankets, and eye masks are provided for your comfort.
