The Fall Equinox marks a sacred pause — the balance of day and night before the year turns inward toward the dark. This season calls us to root, to gather in, and to ground ourselves in harmony with the earth.
We will begin with a guided forest meditation, inviting you to step into the stillness of the season and feel the strength of the trees supporting your breath and body. From there, the sound journey unfolds, beginning with the deep, resonant heartbeat of the Phoenix Drum. This will be the first time I share this powerful instrument in a group setting — its grounding vibrations move through the body like earth’s own pulse, anchoring you into presence and stability.
From this foundation, the journey expands with hand drums, rain sticks, chimes, gongs, and crystal instruments. Each layer of sound carries you deeper into balance, inviting release, reflection, and renewal as you align with the turning of the seasons.
Let the resonance of sound hold you in this equinox moment — a return to your center, a rooting into the earth, and a quiet honoring of the cycles that guide us all.
You will be comfortably supported on thick mats with blankets, pillows, and eye masks to fully relax into the vibrations. Every detail is designed to help you release tension, settle into stillness, and feel fully grounded.
