You are invited to an afternoon of rest, gentle sound, and connection.
We will begin with a guided meditation, then move into a meditation of sound.
Our certified sound practitioner will play soothing tones of gongs, singing bowls, calming chimes, and soft drum rhythms that will guide you into peace and ease.
Relax fully on our soft mats, with pillows and blankets to support your comfort. After the meditation, enjoy tea and friendly company—an opportunity to share, connect, or simply linger in warmth.

At the Phoenix Nest everything is provided for you. We have thick comfortable mats, cozy blankets, lots of pillows, eye masks and even heated neck wraps!
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before the event starts to get comfortable. Also the
studio is a scent free space.
We do require 24 hours cancellation for all of our events.
