Doors Open Rideau Lakes

Save the date! Discover hidden histories and untold stories during Doors Open Rideau Lakes on Saturday, August 16 and Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day!

In coordination with Doors Open Ontario and the Ontario Heritage Trust, more than 20 sites showcasing history, culture and nature within the township will be open with free admission. From a former jail to a stunning mansion, and from a working heritage mill to a private tour of a national scientific resource, see www.rideaulakes.ca/doorsopen for more and plan to attend!
