First, we’ll show you how to create a rustic yet refined Coq au Vin, where chicken is slow-cooked in a rich red wine sauce, with aromatic herbs and vegetables, transporting your taste buds straight to the French countryside. Next, we’ll whisk up the perfect Pommes Purée, creamy mashed potatoes that are so smooth, they’re practically a dream. And for the grand finale, you’ll master the art of the Chocolate Soufflé, a delicate dessert that rises with rich, molten chocolate, paired with velvety Crème Anglaise for that extra touch of indulgence.
