VinYin & Sound Bath

Spend your evening in a state of deep balance with VinYin & Sound Bath—a soul-soothing experience that blends movement, stillness, and sound. We’ll begin with a gentle flowing Vinyasa sequence to energize the body and create space, followed by a deeply grounding Yin practice using plenty of supportive props to help you fully surrender into stillness. Expect bolsters, blocks, and blankets as we melt into long-held postures designed to release tension from deep within.To close, you’ll be guided into rest with a crystal alchemy sound bath—an immersive sonic experience to calm your nervous system, quiet the mind, and leave you feeling completely restored.**Please arrive on time in the class room or a few minutes early to fully enjoy the serene experience of this class.
