Led by the amazing Robyn Cifuentes and with Shari Klein guiding a soothing sound bowl meditation this session is designed to nourish your mind fuel your body and uplift your spirit in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month.

You’ll also have the chance to explore local wellness vendors and connect with the community—all while supporting the vital programs and services offered by Rales JFS.
