We access the subconscious mind and drop into the places where grief has storesand suppresses itself. A lot of times, talk therapy alone can’t touch the physical imprints left behind by grief and loss. This is why, during breathwork, people often connect with loved ones who’ve passed, feel broken hearts begin to mend, and finally release the heaviness they’ve been carrying deep within. This will be a specifically designed Divine Emergence breathwork session—crafted to guide you deep into the subconscious, where real release and healing can take place.What to ExpectWe’ll use a conscious, circular breath—about 90% in, 90% out—in a steady, rhythmic pattern over an extended period of time. Within minutes, your thinking mind will begin to soften, and you will enter a trance-like state. If you’re breathing with the guidance, your body will begin to express on its own—crying, shaking, moving, sounding. Do not allow the ego to run the show here, this is the part where surrender is important! These expressions are completely normal and natural for releasing emotion.You are going to be supported in a safe space where your body can process what your mind alone is unable to.
