Family Mindfulness Circle is at The Hive on Thursdays at 4:30 pm!

We offer several benefits for parents of school-age children:

a moment of freedom – a break from stress and pressure
holistic well-being – energy for mind, spirit, and body
quality of life – get a boost of improved mood

* Free childcare for children 0-9* Suggested donation (if possible):$10 per adult, $5 per child
