The Art of the Loaf - Bread Baking Class

Join us for a hands-on workshop where flour flies and dough rises! Josh Schiffman, co-owner of Delray Pizza, will guide you through the foundational techniques of artisan bread making — right from mixing and kneading to proofing and baking.

Whether you're a total beginner or looking to level up your loaf game, you’ll leave with the skills to recreate the magic at home for yourself, family and friends. Come ready to get your hands in some dough and learn from one of our favorite local pros.

For safety reasons, all participants in our culinary classes must wear closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. These guidelines help protect you from potential kitchen hazards. Thank you for your cooperation!
