Fun Fact: The Penelope is as rare as a Fluffy-Backed Tit-Babbler, and as equally difficult to find in the wild... But here it is! This is one of only 3 Project X barrels released in Florida this year, and it is the ONLY Double Finish barrel, utilizing Oloroso Sherry and Cognac Casks to mellow it to smooth perfection.

And if that wasn't enough, our partner charity for this release is Honor Flight South Florida, a 100% all-volunteer organization, dedicated solely to honoring all veterans in Broward, Dade, and Monroe counties. Proceeds from this bundle will directly to support their efforts honoring our Veterans.
