Bake Like a Brit

Menu: Sausage Rolls, Cheddar Onion Soda Bread, Victoria Sponge Cake

Get your rolling pin ready, because we’re baking our way through some of Britain’s finest treats!

You’ll start by making the ultimate Sausage Rolls—flaky, savory, and packed with flavor. Then, it’s time for a rustic Cheddar Onion Soda Bread that’s so good, you’ll want to eat it all in one sitting. To cap it off, we’ll create a delicate Victoria Sponge Cake—light, fluffy, and filled with jam and cream. By the end of this class, you’ll feel like you’ve just had tea with the Queen.
