Full Moon Beach Yoga & Sound Healing

Find your “wild side” and come flow with me on the beach in the light of the full moon! We will begin our practice with a guided meditation and full moon ceremony. As we flow through our yoga poses we will bask in the healing properties of the ocean air and the immense energy of this full moon. Our night concludes with an enhanced Savasana including Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, Essential Oils, Reiki and Oracle Cards.

Price is $40. Use the ticket link to reserve your spot. Refunds or credits will be given for bad weather. Once you reserve your spot you will receive an email with full details.

We will meet at the south end of Delray Beach near lifeguard tower S1 and the volleyball nets. Park on A1A or in Anchor Beach Parking across the street.
