As a NAMI Broward Family Mentor, I take high-trauma crisis calls and support families through the unthinkable. I advocate inside a mental health hospital, helping individuals—most of whom have schizophrenia—get the voice and care they deserve. I also travel as a motivational speaker, sharing tools that actually change lives.

My book was written from the heart, born from real-life experience and trauma-informed healing. It’s a must-have for those navigating the world of mental health with a loved one.
