Yoga Flow is a welcoming, progressive class designed to meet you exactly where you are.

We’ll begin with gentle, grounding practices to release stress, build awareness, and improve flexibility. Then, week by week, you’ll grow your strength, balance, and energy as we layer in dynamic movements and empowering flows — always with options so everyone feels supported. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave each class feeling centered and inspired.

Hosted in the Adams Station Clubhouse, bring a mat if you have one, wear comfy clothes, and come ready to move, breathe, and feel amazing.
