In observance of New York State Sheriff's Week, Sheriff Craig S. DuMond and the Delaware County Sheriff's Office are hosting an Open House event on Sunday, September 21st, 2025, from 12pm-3pm at their office located at 280 Phoebe Lane, Delhi, N.Y. 13753.
You and your family are invited to attend, meet agency members, and learn about the diverse services we proudly provide to Delaware County residents.
Live demonstrations will be conducted by the K-9 Teams, Drone Pilots, Project Lifesaver Team, and our Motor Vehicle Accident Reconstructionist. Certified Child Passenger Safety Technicians from Delaware County Public Health will conduct a Car Seat Safety event. Additionally, various displays will showcase the Special Response Team and SRT Vehicle, Patrol Vehicles, the Delaware County Mobile Command Trailer, and other recreational vehicles. Inside, attendees can engage with Division Representatives, register for free giveaways, meet McGruff the Crime Dog, and register their child with the Operation Safe Child Team.
Complimentary hotdogs and hamburgers will be served to the event attendees.
