Voel je je leeg, vastgelopen of uit balans? Het is tijd om je kracht terug te pakken — deze Reiki Zelfhelingsworkshop is jouw reset-knop! Stap in je energie, activeer diepe heling en ga naar huis met tools om stevig in je kracht te blijven staan, wat er ook gebeurt. Deze workshop eindigt niet met een Reiki master certificaat. Het is uitsluitend bedoeld voor zelfheling.
Mijn naam is Natalia. Ik ben een gecertificeerde Reiki-meester. Naast individuele Reiki-sessies laat ik mensen zien hoe ze zichzelf kunnen helpen en hun energieniveau in hun hele lichaam binnen enkele minuten kunnen verhogen.
Doe met ons mee voor een voedende Reiki zelfhelingsworkshop in de rustige koepel van Regenerate Station. We beginnen met een deelcirkel om onze intenties te zetten en met elkaar te verbinden. Ik zal je kennis laten maken met de essentie van Reiki-energie en hoe deze heling van binnenuit ondersteunt. Ik leg uit wat Reiki-energie is. Daarna gaan we liggen op yogamatten voor een aardende en begeleide Reiki zelfhelingssessie, om je natuurlijke energiestroom te activeren en je te leren hoe je zelf het energieniveau in je lichaam kunt verhogen. Er is ruimte voor vragen en reflectie achteraf. We sluiten de workshop af met een kom verse, kleurrijke vruchten om gehydrateerd te blijven.

My name is Natalia. I am a certified Reiki master. Apart from individual Reiki sessions, I show people how they can help themselves and bring their level of good energy higher in their whole body in minutes.
Join us for nourishing Reiki self-healing workshop in the peaceful Regenerate Station dome. We’ll begin with a sharing circle to set our intentions and connect. I’ll introduce you to the essence of Reiki energy and how it supports healing from within. I will tell you what Reiki energy is. Then we’ll lie down on yoga mats for grounding and guided Reiki self-healing session to activate your natural energy flow and to teach you how you can raise the level of your energy in the body yourself. There will be space for questions and reflections afterward. We’ll close the workshop with a bowl of fresh, vibrant fruit to stay hydrated.
