Sensual Movement & Intuitive Writing

Join us for an evening of embodiment, play, and expression.

This event is for anyone who identifies as a woman.

We will begin the night with a guided meditation and light breathwork session. Then we will ease our way into intuitive sensual movement, connecting deeply to our body’s wisdom and awakening the energy that fuels our creativity!

We will then channel all of that energy into playful writing prompts — followed by an optional (and empowering!) share circle where your voice gets to be witnessed in a soft, supportive space.

This experience is for any woman ready to:

No writing or dance experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a willingness to play.

MEET THE FACILITATOR:Courtney is a Spiritual Mentor and Life Coach who specializes in Spiritual Awakenings and Energy Release work. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Science and is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki practitioner and Shamanic Healing practitioner.
