Her journey began with a deep exploration of trauma-informed movement, meditation, and holistic healing, leading her to integrate Yoga Nidra and sound therapy into her practice. Using the power of crystal singing bowls, she helps participants release stress, deepen their relaxation, and reconnect with themselves on a profound level.
