FLOW YOGA
Hatha yoga is about balancing the body and mind. Often slower moving than Vinyasa yoga practice, but can be challenging, stimulating, or soft depending on the circumstances. Our Hatha practice will typically involve a set of physical postures and breathing techniques. Setting intentions and flowing through this practice is a mind-body movement with more static holds.
Flexibility is crucial for all of us, and previous yoga experience is not required to attend this mindful practice. Give yourself the 45-minute gift of lengthening and enhancing your body’s ability to heal and recover!
AS ALWAYS, your first class is FREE and punchcards are available for purchase to both members and those not yet members of our 24/7 fitness facility.
