MBSFC Boot Camp is a dynamic program designed to challenge participants to significantly improve their overall performance and fitness levels. Designed by multi-event endurance athletes, with a strong martial arts base. Expect plyometrics, body weight, and resistance activities, with focus on core strength and muscular endurance for everyday life!
This program is perfect for early bird fitness training and is an hour of challenge and fun! Join us before your day is packed with tasks!
