Our Wellness Support Group meets on the first Monday of each month.
The Wellness Support Group provides year long peer-support on your journey to improved health. Come for motivation, accountability, or to find community with people that understand the challenges and triumphs you experience.
Facilitated by Ann-Marie Willacker, Certified Wellness Coach
Program cost - We do not want cost to be a barrier to participation. For those able to contribute, we have a suggested donation of $10 per meeting to cover activity and operational costs.
