✨ As summer winds down and the rhythm of routine begins to return — school starting back up, schedules shifting, and life settling after vacations — August becomes a great time to come back to basics and refocus on spending some time on yourself.
This month, we’ll be getting back to the basics — in our movement, our mindset, and our faith. It’s not about jumping into everything at once, but gently rebuilding habits that strengthen us from the inside out.
🏋️♀️ Classes meet Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays at 8:30 am
💪 Functional Strength workouts designed for women at all fitness levels.
🙏 Includes encouragement, wellness tips, and weekly devotionals
📖 Inspired by Isaiah 40:31 — "...those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength..."
What to bring: water for hydration
towel or yoga mat for stretching/cool down
Cost: Classes are Donation Based
Suggested Donation is $3 per class
