SUP Yoga with Becca

This 90 minute guide will start with paddling to the sand bar on Lower Nemahbin lake, allowing you to connect with the water and calm your mind. We will then drop our anchors to find stillness to enjoy a variety of yoga poses, with modification available for all levels.

This class brings together the best of yoga and nature! Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners!
